I know it has been a long time. And I am sorry for that. Not all that much has happened so far this month. So this post will get you up to date in less than 5 minutes...lol. On July 5th I got sick, really sick, couldn't even handle a cracker. I was sick until about July 9th. It stunk big time. BUT one good thing came out of it.
While I was sick I did not smoke much, actually a pack lasted the entire time, a pack usually only lasts 1 day, so for it to go 4 days is a HUGE deal. SO I decided that if a pack can last 4 days I don't need it. So I have not had a Cigarette since July 8th. Woohoo.
Then on the 15th we had our 7 yr anniversary. Woohoo again. Nothing too exciting happened but it is still important.
Then next Tuesday Mia has her dental surgery. I am so happy that this is finally getting done.
Oh and the pictures will be slime for a while. I desperately need a new hard drive because I have hardly any space on mine to download a pic. The picture above is in our neighbor's back yard. You see during the school year they planted a sunflower seed and we were sent home a little dixie cup with a little sprout coming out of it. Well Renae is gardener extraordinaire so I gave her the little seed to plant and let thrive, I would of killed it in a week. Well this is a picture of Mia with her Cessna Sunflower. The one behind her is from the same plant. And originally it had one big stem but it snapped so, so far it has made 3 blooms. And Renae feels like she has a little piece of Mia in her backyard now.
So that is about it for now. Told ya nothing too exciting has been going on...lol

Nick,
I think something VERY exciting has happened! You've stopped smoking! I can't tell you how proud I am of you (even though you'll think I'm being condescending by saying that). You know that I know addictions run in our family (a-hem...food for me). Keep up the good work baby sis!

NICHOLE!!!! You ARE out there! :) Last night I actually "checked" your blog (I have you on a reader) because I thought for sure my reader missed something. Hahahahaha!!!
Hey girl! WAY TO GO with the not smoking!!!!!!!! Very proud of you!!!
Make sure you post pictures of Mia after her surgery. Em had hers done when she was home just a couple of months and the change was amazing. :) Em still to this day loves to show people her "pretty new teeth".
I'll be thinking about you guys on Tuesday and praying that all goes well. :)
Nice to "see" you again!
